Civil Rights and Wrongs for May 26, 2020

Civil Rights and Wrongs welcomes David Baker and Patrick Cox, environmental leaders from the Texas Hill Country whose organizations oppose the Kinder Morgan Permian Highway Pipeline.  Ecological damage has already begun, with more possible and likely.  In addition, Austin Sanders, staff writer for The Austin Chronicle, provides an update from Austin City Council on RISE emergency relief as well as supplemental federal funding.  We’ll also review the latest figures on homelessness, and hear about a resolution to facilitate the availability of video from APD incidents.
