We speak with Paul Saldaña, civic leader and Latino advocate, about the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 among communities of color.  Why have resources not been allocated where they are needed?  What has the Austin Latino Coalition been able to accomplish?  We’re joined by regular guest, Jim Harrington, founder of the Texas Civil Rights Project and head of Proyecto Santiago at St. James Episcopal Church.  And we will hear from Austin Sanders, staff writer for the Austin Chronicle, about the City Council hearings into APD tactics during recent protests.
